About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our business operations through data-driven insights. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful information that guides strategic decisions, improves processes, and supports day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Preparation & Transformation: Clean, filter, and validate data to ensure accuracy and relevance for analysis.
• Exploratory Data Analysis: Use statistical tools to identify patterns, trends, and relationships in large datasets.
• Data Visualization: Create dashboards, charts, and reports that communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Reporting: Prepare and present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making and policy development.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Operational Support: Assist with BAU (Business-As-Usual) tasks, feedback collection, and internal platform support.
• Automation & Efficiency: Develop and automate data collection, integration, and reporting processes.
• System Evaluation: Assess current data systems and recommend improvements for better performance and usability.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis
• Proficiency in Excel for data wrangling, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Experience with SQL and/or Python for advanced analysis, automation, and predictive modeling
• Proven ability to analyze, structure, and present large datasets with clarity
• Strong communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience working with internal platforms or enterprise systems
• Familiarity with data governance and quality assurance practices
• Knowledge of business operations and performance metrics
