Are you passionate about data quality and ready to lead a team to cleaner, more reliable information? We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analyst Team Lead to guide our data de-duplication project and make a real impact on our Salesforce environment-all from the comfort of your own workspace.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Team: Supervise and support a team of Data Analysts working on de-duplication and cleansing tasks.
• Triage & Solve: Review, prioritize, and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring issues are handled quickly and accurately.
• Get in the Data: Execute data merging and de-duplication directly within Salesforce using RingLead or similar tools.
• Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to tackle tricky data challenges and keep everyone informed.
• Coach & Guide: Train analysts on best practices, structured workflows, and quality standards.
• Track & Report: Document key findings, monitor progress, and report on improvements in data integrity.

• Salesforce Know-How: Strong understanding of Salesforce UI, Account structure, fields, and relationships.
• Leadership Experience: You’ve led a data or analyst team before (preferred).
• Analytical Skills: You can review and validate complex data sets with high accuracy.
• Tool Experience: Experience with RingLead or similar deduplication tools is a plus, but not required.
• Process-Oriented: Comfortable following and enforcing structured workflows, and escalating issues when needed.
• Attention to Detail: You’re meticulous when it comes to selecting master records and ensuring data accuracy.
• Communication: Clear in documenting outcomes, tracking team progress, and reporting issues.
• Time Zone: Able to work a North America shift to align with US-based teams.
