- Accurately input and update data into the company database.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality are maintained.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies.
- Assist in generating reports and analyzing data trends.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processing.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in data entry or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong typing skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Accurately enter data, maintain databases, and ensure data integrity.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, may require extended periods of computer use.
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, reliable, able to work independently, and possess strong communication skills.
