Awesome CX by Transcom is looking a highly detail-oriented and organized Master Data Specialist to join our Production team. This role ensures consistent data standards and supports cross-functional teams by managing SKU and UPC creation, data cleansing, and integration across platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle OPC, Specright, and others.

The specialist will also support reporting needs and maintain documentation for data definitions and ownership.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and deactivation of SKUs and UPCs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems including NetSuite, Oracle OPC, Specright, and others.
  • Lead master data cleansing, setup, and migration activities.
  • Develop and maintain a master data sheet with field definitions, data owners, update frequency, and data gaps.
  • Support reporting by documenting current state reports and assisting in building new reporting capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operation, Accounting, and systems teams.
  • Identify and resolve data issues such as missing purchase prices or incorrect BOMs.
  • Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Review and approve blocked e-com sales orders in NetSuite, working cross-functionally with the supply chain and distribution team.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in master data management or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
