Cloud Infrastructure Implementation
Deployment and Management (Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkis)
Linux Administration and Security
Monitoring and Alerting (Grafana/ Prometheus)
They lead the effort to streamline processes, improve system reliability, and ensure efficient operations through the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and other automation tools.
This role requires strong technical skills in areas like cloud computing, scripting, and configuration management, as well as leadership and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with development and operations teams.
Manage Jenkins webhooks, scheduled jobs, node tainting/executor control
Operate Grafana/Prometheus for estate monitoring
Coding responsibility (Bash, Groovy, Jenkins file, Python)
Ansible and Terraform coding to provision and configure infrastructure Agile Working (SCRUM, Kanban)
Works with CI/CD life cycle across non production and production environments
Working with Development teams (local and multinational global teams) (exposure to Software Development Lifecycle)
Working with QA engineers and SDETs to provide automated testing
Work with DBA team to help with infrastructure automation and support
Facilitate disruptive testing by working with development and Q teams during the scheduled testing window
