The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. This role requires a strong focus on both traditional and digital marketing to promote our core logistics services (express delivery, cargo, international shipping, etc.) and enhance brand visibility and customer engagement in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the company's business goals and revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and new market opportunities within the logistics sector.
• Determine the key value propositions for different services (e.g., speed, coverage, affordability) and target customer segments (B2B, B2C, e-commerce).

2. Campaign Management & Execution:

• Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including:
• Digital Marketing: SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email marketing, and content marketing.
• Traditional Marketing: Print materials, in-store promotions at branches, radio ads, and local activations.
• Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice, timely engagement, and high-quality content that highlights service benefits.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and measuring ROI on all campaigns.

3. Brand Management & Communication:

• Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, professional, and trustworthy brand image.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Sales teams to develop promotional materials for new branch openings, service launches, or seasonal promotions.
• Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media inquiries, especially during peak seasons or operational updates.

4. Team Leadership & Reporting:

• Supervise and mentor the junior marketing staff or specialists.
• Track, analyze, and report on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generation, customer acquisition cost, and campaign success metrics.
• Present detailed reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Industry Knowledge (Mandatory): Proven experience or strong understanding of the Logistics, E-commerce, or Express Delivery industry is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling/analytics platforms, basic design software).
