Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive enrolment inquiries, and build community engagement for our childcare centers. This role is ideal for someone who understands the childcare or education sector and knows how to connect with parents online.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in content creation, basic graphic design, and a working knowledge of AI tools to enhance efficiency and content quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and social media insights.
· Manage digital advertising budgets efficiently to achieve the best ROI
· Create engaging content tailored to parents for websites and email newsletters.
· Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
· Respond to comments, messages, and community inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
· Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and lead generation.
· Collaborate with website designer, influencers, and other departments to align messaging and brand tone.
· Collaborate with center managers to align marketing efforts with local needs and seasonal priorities.
· Support the development of testimonials, parent case studies, and community engagement strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in digital marketing including social media management.
· Proficient in social media scheduling and analytic tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
· Design basic graphics, infographics, and video snippets using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
· Experience with AI content tools (e.g.ChatGPT, Lumen5, etc.) to streamline content creation, captions, audience targeting, and campaign idealization.
· Strong understanding of audience engagement, brand voice, and storytelling. Understanding of parent decision-making and enrollment journeys is a strong plus.
· Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics.
· Experience with paid social campaigns , SEO, paid search, and local listing optimization (e.g., Google My Business)
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
· Video editing experience using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
