QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience in a multimedia, marketing, or content creation role
• Demonstrated ability to develop digital and print materials from initial concept through final output
• Experience managing website content using WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Knowledgeable in coordinating with suppliers, printing vendors, influencers, and partner organizations

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Content & Campaign Execution

• Manage the monthly content calendar
• Post, schedule, and monitor content on all social platforms
• Update website blogs and pages
• Write clear and on-brand copy
• Report campaign results regularly

2. Multimedia Design & Production

• Create digital and print marketing materials
• Take and edit photos and videos
• Coordinate with suppliers and printers
• Maintain organized digital files

3. Digital Marketing & Website Management

• Oversee social media posts and engagement
• Send newsletters and SMS blasts
• Run paid ads and boosts
• Update website content

4. Coordination & Project Management

• Gather requirements from internal teams
• Track project timelines and deadlines
• Suggest creative improvements

5. External Liaison & Partnerships

• Coordinate with suppliers, influencers, and partners
• Work with freelance photographers and designers
• Ensure all outputs follow brand standards

6. Competitor Analysis & Market Insights

• Review competitor activities monthly
• Prepare summary reports with insights
• Identify trends and opportunities
