Description
- Ensure the cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash items as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organized dishwashing area.
- Assist with kitchen staff in food preparation when required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for sanitation and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Job Title: Dish Washer
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Self-starter, kitchen hygiene awareness, stewardship, customer-oriented approach, and strong attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment; maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workspace; assist in food prep as needed.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, and potential exposure to heat and cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, punctual, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
