Job Description
- Coordinate and manage schedules for drivers and transport activities.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve issues and reroute vehicles as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and dispatch activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers.
- Educational Qualifications: A diploma in logistics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: with 1-3 years of relevant dispatch or logistics experience is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management, project management, and planning is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for coordinating transportation, tracking shipments, and managing schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Working Conditions: Typically work in an office environment; may require occasional overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work under pressure.
