Job Description

1. Document Management: Maintain and manage all technical and project-related documents such as network designs, site plans, technical specifications, contracts, and project reports. Ensure proper identification, classification, and filing of documents. Implement and enforce document control procedures.

2. Document Control: Ensure all documents are correctly formatted, up-to-date, and distributed to relevant stakeholders. Track document revisions and maintain version control. Manage document workflows, ensuring approvals and modifications are tracked and completed on time.

3. Compliance: Ensure all documentation complies with company standards, including telecommunications and safety regulations. Maintain quality control of documents and guarantee accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

4. Distribution and Communication: Distribute controlled documents to project teams, clients, and external contractors. Serve as the point of contact for all document control activities and communication.

5. Archiving: Archive all documentation appropriately to ensure easy retrieval. Maintain both physical and electronic document filing systems for future reference.

6. Coordination: Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other project teams to ensure documentation is delivered on time and meets project requirements. Attend project meetings to provide status updates on documentation.

7. Software Management: Use ODOO and Nextcloud to organize, track, and store documents. Provide technical support and training to staff on document control systems and processes.

8. Reporting: Generate reports on documentation status, ensuring timely submission of documents, outstanding approvals, and compliance issues. Prepare regular status updates and maintain detailed logs of document flow.

9. Security: Implement document security measures to safeguard sensitive information and control access to confidential data.

10. Responsible for managing Daily Activity Report, accomplishment and organizing all work-related documents and ensuring that they are easily accessible, up to date, and properly stored.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • With experience in handling team daily attendance
  • Proficient in using MS Applications
  • Good Communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned either in Pasig City or Cavite area
  • Can start ASAP
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
