- Process and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure that quality documentation, such as documents, drawings, and incoming and outgoing registers, is maintained.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
- Review documents, check if they comply with regulations, create revisions, and archive outdated versions
- Ensure that all documents comply with industry standards and regulations
- Distribute documents to the relevant people, departments, or organizations, and let them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a process
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Preferably RME
- At least 1 year related experience in a construction company
- He/she should have a basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up and MS Office applications
- Keen to details and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work on site and do field works
- Decisive and critical thinker.
