Managing and supervising operational activities of the store on domestic e-commerce platforms.
Ensuring the smooth processing of orders, fulfillment
shipping, and returns of goods.
Monitoring the performance of the online store, including stock management, pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
Managing the product catalog: descriptions, images, prices, and availability of goods.
Analyzing sales data, product performance, and market trends to optimize operational strategies.
Ensuring compliance with e-commerce platform policies and the company's customer service standards.
Managing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards.
Coordinating with marketing and business development teams to plan campaigns and product launches.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably from Management, Business, Logistics, or related fields.
Minimum work experience of 1-2 years in e-commerce or online store operations.
Understanding of domestic e-commerce workflows from upstream to downstream.
Proficient in using e-commerce dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytical tools.
Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Able to collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Familiar with delivery SLAs, inventory management, and product return processes.
