Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product data on the marketplace/website (description, price, stock, images).
• Process customer orders from receipt to shipping confirmation.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and customer needs through chat, email, or phone.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse/logistics department.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Assist in executing promotions, discounts, and campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure a positive and professional shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school/vocational school graduate or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proficient in using computers, the internet, and e-commerce/marketplace applications.
• Possess good communication skills, friendly, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work quickly, neatly, and accustomed to targets.
• Experience in the e-commerce field is an advantage.
