Able to draw detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by 2D and 3D drawings.
Develop and prepare engineering drawings, plans, diagrams or layout from sketches
Preparing bill of quantity
Preparing tender submission.
Preparing Mechanical, Electrical technical and control schematic drawings.
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings.
Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
Revise drawings based on feedback and ensure that all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Produce and update drawing sets as required during different project phases.
Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the drawings.

Degree or diploma Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge in M&E works.
Certification in CAD software or drafting techniques.
Proven experience as a Draftsman or Drafter, preferably within the construction, architectural, or engineering industries.
Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM or similar tools.
Knowledge and experience in using of MS office, Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to attend site M&E coordination meetings.
