Manage and process customer orders through e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, website, etc.).
Ensure order data, stock levels, and product information are accurately updated in the system.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints via chat, email, or social media promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order delivery.
Generate periodic reports on sales, returns, and store performance.
Input and update product listings including descriptions, prices, and product photos.
Assist with promotional operations such as entering vouchers, discounts, and store campaigns.
Ensure administrative processes are conducted in accordance with SOP and company policies.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably a diploma/bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or equivalent.
Experience in e-commerce or administrative fields is an advantage.
Proficient in using computers and marketplace platforms.
Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work under pressure.
Communicative, friendly, and possesses good customer service skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
