Description

Entering product information into the e-commerce platform (name, description, price, photos, and other details).
Ensuring that the uploaded data is accurate and complies with company standards.
Updating product information in the event of price, stock, or description changes.
Removing products that are no longer available or relevant.
Ensuring that stock data on the e-commerce platform matches actual inventory.
Coordinating with the warehouse team for stock updates.
Ensuring that product photos, descriptions, and specifications align with brand guidelines.
Identifying and correcting errors in the uploaded data.
Creating periodic reports on uploaded products, stock, and sales.
Providing recommendations for data improvements as necessary.

Requirements

Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, D3, or S1 (majoring in Administration, Accounting, or relevant fields preferred).
Experience as an e-commerce admin or data entry for at least 1 year is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Shopify.
Highly detail-oriented to ensure data accuracy.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work with large volumes of data.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Results-oriented and capable of multitasking.
Strong communication skills, particularly with relevant teams such as warehouse and marketing.
Proactive in finding solutions when data issues arise.
Stable internet access if working remotely.
Willingness to work with online systems and digital platforms.
