Online Shop Admin is responsible for managing all operational activities of PT Amoeba Biosintesa’s online sales, including marketplace administration, customer communication, order processing, and sales reporting. This role ensures fast, accurate, and professional service to support sales growth and enhance the company’s image.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s marketplace accounts (Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a friendly, prompt, and informative manner.
• Process orders: verify payments, enter data, and coordinate with the warehouse/shipping department.
• Ensure platform inventory is continuously updated and aligned with actual stock.
• Upload and update product listings (images, descriptions, prices, promotions).
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High School diploma (SMA/SMK); Associate degree (D3) preferred.
• Proficient in using online marketplaces and social media platforms.
• Fast typing skills and professional communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Basic administrative and data processing skills (Excel/Spreadsheet).
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional features is a plus.
• Prior experience as an online shop admin is preferred.
