Description
- Monitor and operate elevator systems and machinery.
- Assist passengers in entering and exiting safely.
- Ensure elevator cleanliness and maintenance.
- Respond to emergency situations promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Keep records of elevator usage and maintenance schedules.
- Operate elevators, maintain cleanliness, and assist guests with inquiries.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in housekeeping or customer service is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Primarily based indoors in a controlled environment, with standing and walking for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Must exhibit a pleasing personality, be approachable, and demonstrate reliability.
