In this role, you’ll be responsible for fostering a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, supporting policy implementation, and ensuring fair and consistent treatment across the organization. You will handle employee engagement activities, assist in investigations, and help maintain strong communication between management and staff.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience in employee relations, HR, or similar roles is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
