- Accurately input and update data into databases and systems.
- Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to deadlines and confidentiality protocols.
- Assist in generating reports as required.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required; however, a background in data entry or related fields is an asset.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in data encoding or similar roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in typing, attention to detail, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Working Conditions: Primarily an office environment, with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and effective time management.
