What role will you play?

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of Customer Identity and API gateway services, which includes ensuring the integrity and availability of IAM systems and data by building monitoring and alerting tools, automating the delivery processes, and, on occasion, providing production support for the broader team.

What You Offer

  • In-depth knowledge of IAM principles, access governance and role-based access control
  • Hands-on experience with any Customer Identity solutions or Directory Services, such as IBM Security Verify, Active Directory, Ping Federate, Okta or AzureAD/EntraID
  • Experience with SSO protocols, such as OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML
  • Experience managing security access policies and tuning and monitoring IAM systems
  • Demonstrable ability to break down problems and solve them systematically
  • Experience with any of the following is an advantage:
    • Amazon Web Services (AWS), including cloud formation configuration
    • API technologies, including REST and API gateway proxies
    • Configuration management tools (eg Ansible) and containerisation technologies (eg Docker).
