- Develop and review process designs, technical specifications, and engineering calculations for treatment systems.
- Provide technical support during project execution phases: installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with water quality and environmental regulatory standards.
- Optimize treatment processes for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Research and recommend innovative technologies and process improvements.
- Prepare technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance documentation.
- Train and provide guidance to operators, technicians, and junior engineers.
- Support business development activities with technical inputs for proposals, feasibility studies, and client presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Sanitary Engineering (PRC License preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in process design, operations, or optimization of water/wastewater treatment systems.
- Solid knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes.
- Ability to prepare and review P&IDs, mass balances, and equipment sizing calculations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design tools.
- Familiarity with local environmental regulations and water quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and technical report writing abilities.
- Team player with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to train and mentor staff/operators.
- Comfortable in client-facing roles and delivering technical presentations.
