• Teach one-on-one or group English lessons via platforms like Zoom, Skype, or proprietary teaching software.
• Use lesson plans tailored to the student’s proficiency level, goals, and age group (kids, teens, or adults).
• Focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational fluency, and comprehension.

2. Student Assessment & Feedback

• Evaluate student performance and progress through quizzes, assessments, and informal conversation.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Adjust teaching approach based on student learning style and pace.

3. Lesson Preparation

• Prepare engaging materials such as worksheets, slides, videos, or reading materials.
• Customize sessions to meet the needs of business professionals, test-takers (IELTS, TOEFL), or casual learners.

4. Record-Keeping & Scheduling

• Maintain student records including attendance, progress reports, and learning goals.
• Manage lesson bookings and availability using scheduling systems or platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field (preferred but not always required).
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in English.
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is a strong advantage.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience (in-person or online) is preferred.
