Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (Remote)

Pay Rate:

• Earn up to Php 120–150 per hour
• Php 60 per 25-minute class (Monday to Saturday, AM/PM shift)
• Php 75 per 25-minute class (Sunday or Graveyard shift)

Technical Requirements:

• OS: Windows 7/8/10
• RAM: At least 4GB
• Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 / Intel Core i3, i5, or i7
• Headset: PC headset with noise-canceling feature (earphones not allowed)
• Webcam: Clear and functional
• Internet: At least 5 Mbps download and upload speed (wired)
• Environment: Quiet, well-lit teaching space with a plain white background

Schedule Availability:

• Open 24/7 (Monday to Sunday)
• Minimum of 20 hours per week
• No maximum hours

Qualifications:

• Open to all college graduates (any degree)
• With at least 6 months of experience in ESL teaching, BPO, or a school setting
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong grammar proficiency
• Willing to work graveyard and weekend shifts
