Responsibilities: 1. Design and deliver English listening, speaking, reading, and writing courses in accordance with international teaching standards, tailored to diverse age groups. 2. Assess students’ English proficiency, develop individualized learning plans, and address gaps in vocabulary, grammar, and communication skills. 3. Leverage multimedia resources to create an interactive, engaging online learning environment that fosters student interest. 4. Monitor learning outcomes, provide comprehensive feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies promptly. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. 2. 1–2 years of ESL teaching experience. 3. Native-level or C1/C2 proficiency in English, with clear pronunciation and fluent communication. 4. Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., ClassIn) and ability to design interactive activities. 5. Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and strong intercultural communication skills.
