The Dealer Marketing Events and Monitoring Specialist is mainly responsible for contacting directly the potential customers. Will act as processor, not only limited to Sales Ops Head Office initiated programs, but shall also assists to other sales related programs of other branches. The Marketing Events and Monitoring Specialists are to actively reach out to existing potential customers whose accounts are within 3 months to maturity date and within 3 months after the maturity date, to offer retail products and services of Sumisho.

• They will act as processor for Sales Operations marketing programs and initiatives, from scall outs, conversion, signing of document to uploading via system in the branch.
• Actively reaches out via call-out/SMS to potential and existing customers daily to offer the retail product.
• Processes Sales and Marketing initiated sales campaigns, programs and similar strategies from generation of application of the potential customer with high information accuracy.
• Engages potential customers and answers any questions that the customer has regarding the loan. May also offer solutions based on needs and capacities.
• Schedule the submission of requirements, schedule of MC release and ensure that that loan related documents are complete when they bring them at designated dealer shop, set date and time.
• Track approved accounts to ensure aggressive conversion to avail of the offered retail loan
• Updates progress and monitoring reports accurately
• Updates customer details (address, contact number, etc.) in the database accurately.
• Proactively reports issues and concerns to Dealer Marketing Events and Monitoring Head and provides related reports as needed.

• Graduate of Any Course/Undergraduate
• With encoding experience in Excel for Bank/ Financing/ Sales/ Telesales/ Direct or Indirect Marketing Backgrounds
