【Job Responsibilities｜Activity Operations】

1. Plan and execute various platform operation activities to enhance user growth, transaction volume, and retention rate;

2. Participate in the formulation and optimization of user growth strategies, combining data analysis and user insights to continuously iterate on activity mechanisms and improve conversion efficiency;

3. Assist in managing social media platforms (such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.), participating in content publishing, activity promotion, and KOL collaboration execution;

4. Coordinate with related teams such as design, technology, and product to ensure the implementation of activity plans and follow up on launch effects;

5. Track and analyze activity data performance, regularly produce review reports, and propose optimization suggestions and innovative directions;

6. Assist with user operations-related tasks, including user segmentation, maintaining core user relationships, and collecting feedback in a closed loop;

7. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends, explore innovative approaches and differentiated strategies to enhance platform operational competitiveness;

8. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors, including market collaboration, temporary project support, etc.

【Job Requirements｜Event Operations】

1. More than 1 year of relevant operational experience in a trading exchange;

2. Ability to independently plan and execute online events, with a basic understanding of user growth, conversion, and retention;

3. Familiarity with major social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc.) and their operational logic;

4. Strong writing skills and awareness of localization, capable of drafting event copy, social media content, etc.;

5. High sensitivity to data, able to use basic tools for data analysis and results review;

6. Proactive, strong execution skills, responsible, and possesses good cross-team collaboration and communication skills;

7. Good English reading and writing skills, able to read industry news, with additional language skills being a plus. Salary is negotiable.
