Description

Key responsibilities include data collection, distribution management, and reporting on field activities:

  • Administrative and Logistical: Provide support to field operations, often working in diverse environments
  • Management Skills: responsible for overseeing and managing field operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Planning and Organization: Developing event concepts, setting budgets, and creating timelines.
  • Logistics: Managing venue selection, catering, AV equipment, and other essential services.
  • Coordination: Working with vendors, staff, and volunteers to ensure a smooth event flow.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Creating promotional materials and managing social media for event awareness, Client Negotiating and Presenting skills.
  • Event Execution: Supervising setup, managing the event schedule, and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Post-Event Evaluation: Gathering feedback, analyzing results, and making improvements for future events.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree Business Admin, Marketing, any relevant field.
  • Preferably has background in Marketing, Negotiation Skills and Event-Management.
  • Can commute or travel to work in Quezon City
