Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the Office of the President & CEO of business units under the group of companies.
  • Proactively identify and address issues that may affect the efficiency or productivity of Office of the President. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and the President & CEO of business units under the group of companies.
  • Maintain proper confidentiality in all the dealings of the President & CEO
  • Prepare,  maintain and manage documents such as reports, presentations, and meeting minutes. 
  • Research and recommend speaking engagements, conferences and other events that may be relevant to the President & CEO. 
  • Screen, proofread and edit documents for the review and approval of the CEO & President. 
  • Assist in coordinating and managing special projects or events as may be assigned by the President & CEO. 
  • Performs other tasks as may be required by the President & CEO.
