主要責任:
- 行政支持: 為高管提供全面的行政支持，包括管理日曆、安排會議及協調旅行安排。
- 溝通管理: 處理來自郵件和其他溝通的請求，優先處理信息，並在需要時代表高管回覆。
- 文檔管理: 準備、編輯和格式化文檔、演示文稿和報告。維護有組織的記錄和檔案。
- 研究: 進行研究並收集信息，以協助高管進行決策。
- 項目協調: 通過跟踪時間表、交付物和截止日期來協助項目管理。
- 會議協調: 組織和促進會議，包括準備議程、記錄會議紀要及跟進行動項目。
- 客戶關係: 專業地與客戶和利益相關者互動，確保維持積極的關係。
- 任務優先排序: 有效管理和優先處理任務，以滿足快節奏環境中的截止日期。
