- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Secretarial Course or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, typically 6 months to 2 years.
- Experience in providing support to high-level executives.
- Dependable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
