Supports agricultural operations by assisting with various tasks related to crop and livestock production, equipment maintenance, and data collection. Can involve hands-on work like operating machinery, planting and fertilizing crops, and maintaining farm grounds, as well as more technical duties like diagnosing and repairing equipment. 

• At least college level or college graduate
• With professional driver's license and owns a motorcycle
• With swine and poultry farm experience is advantage
• Willing to be trained and physically fit
• Dedicated and motivated at work
• Willing to do field work
