- Engage with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation.

- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor offerings.
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A formal degree is not required; passion for fashion is essential.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales management skills, excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, flexible hours, and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, trend-savvy, and self-motivated with a strong team spirit.
