TikTok Content Creation & Management

• Create short-form, trend-based videos that showcase Jojo Bragais Shoes
• Manage content calendar and schedule for TikTok
• Edit videos using CapCut, InShot, or TikTok tools
• Monitor performance and engagement metrics

Affiliate & Influencer Coordination

• Source, connect with, and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and our website
• Handle outreach, contracts, briefs, and performance tracking
• Coordinate user-generated content for repurposing

Campaign & Program Support

• Work with the marketing team to align content and campaigns
• Maintain influencer/affiliate dashboards and documentation
• Provide support during shoots, events, and pop-ups

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing or social media content creation
• TikTok-savvy and passionate about creator trends
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of affiliate programs and digital marketing analytics is a plus
• Willing to work onsite and travel occasionally for events or content shoots
