- Management of the collection process, including monitoring of PDC's, issuance of client receipts, monitoring of clients 2307, and monitoring of client's returned checks
- Handling inquiries and concerns regarding collections made by clients (inside and outside)
- Daily collection report preparation
- Handling of Receipts
- Unclaimed transaction monitoring
- Check Preparation
- Preparation of Payable Report
- Provide administrative support
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Finance or any relevant field.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
- Strong work ethics
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Required Skill(s) MS Excel, MS Office,
- A team player, highly organized, and keen to details; matured with good sense of responsibility in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to spot numerical errors
