Description

As a Financial Advisor, you will assist clients in making informed financial decisions by offering expert guidance on financial planning, investments, insurance, and other financial solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to understand each client’s specific financial objectives and craft personalized strategies to help them achieve long-term financial stability and success.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain relationships with both individual and corporate clients.
  • Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to understand clients' goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide ongoing support and adapt strategies as clients' financial situations evolve.

Financial Planning and Advisory:

  • Design customized financial plans that include savings, investment strategies, insurance coverage, and retirement planning.
  • Offer insights on risk management and wealth-building opportunities.
  • Educate clients on market trends, financial products, and best practices in personal finance.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Actively seek new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Present and recommend financial products that align with clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Training and Development:

  • Engage in continuous learning through training programs to stay informed about financial products, market developments, and industry regulations.
  • Obtain the required certifications and licenses to practice as a financial advisor.


Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field is acceptable for qualified candidates.
  • 21-35 years old
  • w/ strong internet connection
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory—training will be provided.
  • Open to recent graduates and career changers who are passionate about helping others achieve financial security.
