Job Description
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and manage work of all accountants.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance team and prepare financial statements monthly.
- Prepare various financial reports and submit it to regulatory agencies.
- Maintain records of all data and evaluate it to recommend product improvements.
- Develop and establish all accounting policies for banks.
- Provide financial reports as requested by senior management.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Provide recommendations
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Meet financial accounting objectives
- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Accounting Graduate
- Good English communication skills
- With at least 3-5 years of work experience in the related field
- Knowledgeable in Tax Reporting
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate
- Able to handle and analyze large amounts of complex/very detailed information
- Able to work alone efficiently with minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS office
- Experience in Zero and Power BI/Tableau is a must
