As a WorthWhile FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our financial planning and analysis function. Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll develop sophisticated, driver-based financial model that provide actionable insights into our marketplace dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain comprehensive, driver-based financial models to forecast revenue, COGS, operating expenses, cash flow, and balance sheet items.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers, providing financial insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to drive business growth.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and manage financial reporting tools and dashboards to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
• Systems Implementation: Evaluate, select, and implement modern FP&A tools to streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Strategic Projects: Support fundraising efforts, investor reporting, and ad-hoc strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• ⁠Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• ⁠2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analytics
• ⁠⁠Excellent spreadsheet and modeling skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• ⁠⁠Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)
• ⁠⁠Strong analytical and business acumen
• ⁠⁠Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• ⁠⁠Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based startup or gig platform is a plus
