Inventory Management & Planning

·     Monitor inventory levels regularly to maintain minimum and safety stock for consumables, fast-moving items, and critical parts.

·     Provide short-term forecasts of material requirements based on production schedules and historical usage.

·     Generate and submit weekly inventory status and shortage reports to PPIC, Purchasing, and Production.

·     Track and update inventory records in the ERP/MRP system to ensure real-time accuracy.

·     Investigate variances between physical counts and system records and coordinate corrective actions.


Warehouse Operations

·     Oversee receiving, unpacking, labeling, and proper storage of incoming materials and consumables.

·     Implement systematic storage methods and maintain warehouse cleanliness and order.

·     Conduct monthly cycle counts (20–30 SKUs) and participate in scheduled company-wide inventory counts.

·     Manage consumables using a 2-bin replenishment system to avoid stockouts.

·     Pack and prepare items for outbound delivery or shipment, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.


Coordination & Communication

·     Coordinate with PPIC on material readiness for upcoming production schedules.

·     Work with the Technical Purchasing Officer to flag shortages early and monitor expected arrivals.

·     Provide input during planning meetings regarding warehouse status, slow-moving items, and space constraints.

·     Act as custodian for tools and common warehouse assets, maintaining usage records and monthly reports.

·     Support logistics activities (e.g., scheduling pickups, assisting with truck loading/unloading).

·     Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

·     Strong inventory monitoring and reporting skills.

·     Familiarity with ERP/MRP or inventory software.

·     Good communication and coordination skills.

·     Organized, reliable, and proactive in identifying material issues.

·     Ability to lift and move heavy objects, typically up to 50 pounds.

·     Standing, Sitting, bending, and working for extended periods.

·     Good vision and manual dexterity for detailed inspections and precision tasks.

·     Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

·     Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

 

Education and Experience:

·     BS degree in Accountancy, Management, or other related courses.

·     Minimum 2–3 years in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain support roles.

·     Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments is an advantage.
