Description
- Monitor and manage the usage, availability, and condition of all company vehicles.
- Schedule regular preventive maintenance and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Ensure that all vehicles comply with local transport regulations and company policies.
- Investigate and report any vehicle accidents or incidents.
- Monitor GPS and telematics systems for route tracking and performance analysis.
- Prepare reports on fleet status, usage, and performance for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in fleet or transport operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair schedules, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License (Professional preferred).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
