- Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Stay updated on floral trends and techniques.
- Assist with delivery and setup of floral displays.
- Educational Qualifications: No specific degree required, but knowledge of floral design is preferred.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a florist or related setting.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in floral design techniques.
- Working Conditions: Typically works in a retail environment with exposure to various flowers and plants.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative, passionate about floral design, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work at Qatar.
