App Development Supervisor (Experience with Flutter Required)

Salary Range: 30-50k

Working Hours: 9 hours, 6 days off per month + holidays

Location: Flexible, Remote Work Available

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for mobile technology selection and architecture design;

2. Participate in requirement discussions and guide team members to complete development;

3. Address technical challenges, solve complex issues, and drive the research and development of new technologies;

4. Responsible for the development and capability enhancement of the research and development team.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution, with over 7 years of work experience and some team management experience;

2. Experience successfully leading large-scale mobile product projects from conception to launch and iterative optimization;

3. Past experience in development, with substantial cross-platform development experience or experience with hybrid development frameworks (Flutter for over 3 years) preferred;

4. Familiarity with common communication protocols, including but not limited to Https, MQTT, Hls, Rtmp, and an understanding of common packet capture tools;

5. Extensive experience in performance optimization, including memory optimization, power-saving optimization, and reducing package size;

6. Strong execution skills, with the ability to actively explore and resolve issues in a timely manner;

7. Experience in research and development of large-scale internet products is preferred.
