  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Implement health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Food and Beverages Supervisor
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in food and beverage operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operations management, teamwork, computer literacy, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), quality control, and strong work ethic.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee food service operations, manage staff, ensure quality and compliance with health standards, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
