Description

  • Take orders, serve food, manage cash transactions, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist customers in selecting food items
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Process transactions and handle cash register
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than one year of experience in food service is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong hospitality skills, waitering experience, familiarity with quick service restaurant operations, and cashiering skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for long hours, and may require evenings or weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
