The maintenance crew / coffee refiller’s responsibilities include maintenance and cleaning the parts of machine. They also responsible in inventory of bags and receiving of delivery.

• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Manage all on-site maintenance and uptime of vending machines
• Manage all aspects of the business including:

1. Inventory of goods in the site
2. Sales reports
3. Documentation of endorsements and suggestions
4. Summary of daily activity
5. List accurate reports of daily issues

• Diagnose basic technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Follow all company procedures
• Cooperate with other teams and share information across the organization
• Talk to customers to get their insight about our products
• Build positive relationships with customers
• Be professional and be responsible for his/her attendance
• Report to the Team Lead the issues and concerns in his/her site at least thrice weekly.
• Shifting schedule
• Any work experience allowed
• High school graduate or college level
