Job Description
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Handle reservations and bookings efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in customer service.
