Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk software, MS Office Suite, scheduling, time management, data entry, data analysis, and support.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage phone calls, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment requiring multitasking and interaction with clients and staff.
