Celebrity Space Hub is a professional coworking and virtual office provider located in the heart of Quezon City. We are looking for a full-time Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for all clients, guests, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, friendly, and professional, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our virtual office, coworking space, and meeting rooms. This role is critical to maintaining excellent customer service while supporting administrative and operational tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, guests, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and online inquiries about coworking, virtual office, and meeting room services.
  • Manage meeting room bookings, schedules, and availability.
  • Assist with the registration of new members and onboarding of clients for virtual office services.
  • Receive, log, and distribute mail and packages for virtual office clients.
  • Maintain the front desk, coworking lounge, and meeting room areas in a clean and organized condition.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and reports.
  • Assist with event coordination, member activities, and space usage guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and coordinate with management for replenishments.
  • Uphold company policies, safety standards, and ensure a positive experience for all members.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Filipino.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
  • College degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred but not required.
