### **Job Description**

We are looking for a Frontend Lead with technical leadership capabilities to oversee the front-end technical architecture and development decisions of the platform. This role will closely collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver highly interactive and engaging user experiences.

This position requires solid technical depth and the ability to lead independently, particularly with extensive experience in front-end animation implementation, performance optimization, and UI logic design. ### **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the design of front-end technical architecture and development of core modules to enhance performance and stability

* Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to implement high-quality interactions and visual effects

* Participate in the planning and implementation of core front-end features such as prop displays, operational flows, and user experiences

* Guide and assist team members in solving technical issues, fostering a positive technical culture

* Regularly optimize experiences based on user behavior and data

### **We hope you possess**

* 4-6 years of front-end development experience, with the ability to **independently lead medium to large projects** being a plus

* Proficient in HTML / CSS / JavaScript, with a strong command of React and Next.js

* Familiar with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility handling

* Understanding of browser rendering mechanisms, with experience in animation performance optimization, familiar with animation frameworks such as Framer Motion and GSAP

* Proficient in Git and team collaboration development processes, with good engineering thinking and coding habits

* Practical experience with front-end testing (e.g., Jest)

* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, able to work efficiently with cross-functional teams

### **Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience integrating Steam / game platform APIs, familiar with player ecosystems

* Experience in designing UI component libraries or providing technical guidance

* Familiar with SSR, SEO, and Web Vitals related technologies

* Experience participating in high-growth products or working with multinational teams

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
